平板硫化机加热系统的维护保养对于用蒸汽加热的硫化机，应保持蒸汽管路畅通。新安装的设备，由于管路或多或少会有杂质，故需每周检查疏水阀，看是否有异物堵塞而影响排除冷凝水的情况。对于电加热硫化机，应定期检查(一般为半年1 次)控温仪表的准确性，检查电热器接线状况是否良好，电热器是否断路等。对于热板电热器罩壳，在模具进出时不要与其碰撞，以免使罩壳带电而发生安全事故。
