1 开机生产过程中，检查马达、泵浦、管路、电磁开关，有无异音或有无不良震动。

2 生产中注意检查射出头与射出嘴之间有无溢料，

注意调整射座油缸及压力开关的压力。

4 设备发生红灯闪烁时，或设备出现异常时有显示报警提示原因。点击查看界面中主菜单的报警显示栏内报警显示原因，及时排除故障。同时要向上级主管人员报告，或请相关技术人员解决。

5 突发停电、停水等原因无法生产时，请关闭电源。恢复供电后，按上级指示打开电源及加热系统， 开模后提高媒油温度， 高压射出、清除料筒里的胶料。
