Study on Properties of Rubber Injection Molded Products
    多年来模压成型一直是橡胶制品生产的主要成型方式,但是随着社会发展和技术进步,对橡胶制品的质量、生产效率、能耗和原材料消耗等方面都有了更高的要求。与模压成型胶料相比,注射成型胶料的密度较大,硬度、强伸性能和拉断伸长率提高,拉断永久变形减小,有利于橡胶制品性能的提高。吕柏源¨研究了模压法和注射法制备的橡胶制品的性能,发现:注射成型胶料的硬度比模压成型提高约1% ;注射成型胎面和油田防喷器胶芯胶料拉伸强度比模液压钢坝  压成型胶料分别提高1.3% 和4.6% ;油田防喷器胶芯注射成型胶料100% 和300% 定伸应力分别比模压成型胶料提高了13%和20% ;全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面注射成型胶料拉断伸长率比模压成型胶料提高了20%,撕裂强度比模压成型胶料提高了27% ;油田防喷器胶芯注射成型胶料拉断永久变形比模压成型胶料减小12% 。分析认为注射成型过程中胶料的高流动性和高注射压力使分子网络交联程度提高,从而提高了胶料的拉伸强度和定伸应力,同时使分子网络之间的距离减小,从而使胶料硬度增大。所以注射成型T艺对制品的弹性、耐磨性、耐撕裂和耐屈挠等性能提高有益。
Molding has been the main method of rubber products production for many years, but with the social development and technological progress, there are higher requirements on the quality, production efficiency, energy consumption and raw material consumption of rubber products. Compared with the moulding compound, the density of the injection moulding compound is higher, the hardness, strength and elongation at break are increased, and the permanent deformation at break is reduced, which is beneficial to the improvement of the properties of rubber products. Lu Baiyuan studied the properties of rubber products prepared by injection moulding and injection moulding. It was found that the hardness of injection moulding rubber increased by about 1% compared with moulding; the tensile strength of injection moulding tire and oil field blowout preventer rubber core increased by 1.3% and 4.6% respectively compared with moulding rubber; and the injection moulding rubber core of oil field blowout preventer increased by 1.3% and 4.6% respectively. The elongation at break of injection moulding compound for all-steel radial truck tire tread is 20% higher than that of moulding compound, the tear strength is 27% higher than that of moulding compound, and the permanent deformation at break of injection moulding compound for oil field blowout preventer core is 20% higher than that of moulding compound. Pressing compound decreased by 12%. It is concluded that the high fluidity and high injection pressure of the rubber during injection moulding increase the crosslinking degree of the molecular network, which improves the tensile strength and elongation stress of the rubber, and decreases the distance between the molecular networks, thus increasing the hardness of the rubber. Therefore, injection moulding T process is beneficial to improve the elasticity, wear resistance, tear resistance and flexibility of products
